Job summary

Samsonite seeks a data entry support for carbon footprint calculations and ESG reporting to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through February 2026. You will collect utility data, organize files, and assist in consolidating data for GHG footprint work across facilities worldwide.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates with data management skills, familiarity with MS Office, and attention to detail. The role requires self-motivation and ability to work independently in a global team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with 2–4 years of study.
• Comfortable working with data, data management and analysis.
• Ability to navigate online and offline data sources.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with MS Office and Excel file management.
• Foreign language proficiency a plus.

Job description

Reporting to the Sustainability Associate Manager, you will assist in calculating a large global enterprise’s carbon footprint. You’ll provide data gathering and data entry support for Samsonite’s carbon footprint measurement and ESG reporting to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange into February 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for certain facilities in various geographies.
• Organize data in folders
• Extract and consolidate utility data as well as ad hoc data requests for inclusion in Samsonite's GHG footprint calculation

Requirements:

• Undergraduate with 2-4 years of study. Majors – Business, Economics, Environmental Studies and/or related field preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with data (data management, organization, analysis)
• Ability to navigate a variety of online and offline sources of data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks; persistent and self-starter
• Experience with MS Office, managing and organizing Excel files
• Foreign language proficiency a plus
