Job summary

Eliassen Group in the United States is seeking a part-time Insights Analyst to support sustainability and impact reporting. The role focuses on dashboard data collection, governance, executive reporting and storytelling, and KPI documentation.

You will write SQL queries, coordinate stakeholders, develop new reports and templates, and help demonstrate impact through clear narratives. Remote work is supported; W2 benefits apply, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and SQL reporting.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing stakeholders.
• Background in data governance and data quality controls.
• Ability to translate insights into executive-ready narratives.
• Exposure to sustainability/impact measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance with data owners.
• Track KPIs, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Develop executive summaries and storytelling for leadership.
• Create new reports and templates using reporting tools.
• Coordinate dashboard working groups and document processes.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and problem resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
