Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, including SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Background in data governance and data quality controls.
• Experience communicating insights through storytelling for executives.
• Exposure to sustainability and impact measurement preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tooling for summarization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance with data owners.
• Track KPIs, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with executive reporting and storytelling through summaries of insights.
• Contribute to presentations, board materials, and impact reporting.
• Lead dashboard working groups and governance documentation.
• Document action items, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and workflows.
• Document and test AI-enabled data summarization solutions.
• Recommend data quality and UX improvements.
• Onboard new metrics and strategic priorities.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and monitor dashboard adoption.
• Write SQL queries and use SQL tools to access data.
• Develop new reports and templates using reporting tools.
• Provide data extraction and analytics from enterprise systems.
• Monitor utilization, quality, and expense data to identify improvements.
• Conduct analyses to support decision-making.
• Maintain processes for report generation and materials.
