Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Insights Analyst for a remote, part-time contract engagement focused on sustainability and impact reporting. You will develop dashboards, govern data sources, and deliver executive-ready storytelling with KPI-driven narratives.

You will write SQL queries, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain KPI documentation, and help demonstrate impact through clear reports and presentations while aligning with enterprise metrics and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, including SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in data governance, data quality controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience communicating insights through storytelling and executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance, representing CSR during data refresh activities with business data owners.
• Track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain KPI documentation, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling through summaries highlighting key insights, trends, and business impacts.
• Assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting.
• Facilitate recurring dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings, owning process documentation and governance activities.
• Manage action items, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up communications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, validation, and workflows.
• Document and test AI-enabled solutions for data summarization, stakeholder communication, and process automation.
