Job summary

The Eliassen Group client is seeking a part-time Insights Analyst to support sustainability and impact reporting. The role will focus on dashboard data collection and governance, executive reporting and storytelling, operational coordination, process improvement, and adoption of metrics across the enterprise.

The analyst will write SQL queries, coordinate stakeholders, maintain KPI documentation, and help demonstrate impact through clear narratives and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related field with SQL query development and reporting.
• Experience with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in data governance and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboard data collection and governance, representing CSR during data refresh activities with business data owners.
• Track data points for new dashboard additions and maintain KPI documentation, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support executive reporting and storytelling with summaries of insights, trends and business impact.
