Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a SH&S Coordinator to oversee client-required databases, safety qualifications and regulatory reporting. This role coordinates with internal operations on OQ reporting and regulated training, while maintaining safety-sensitive databases.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a 1-year business plan aligned with corporate strategy and supervisor guidance.
• Maintains Client SH&S Questionnaires and Databases.
• Completes, submits, and processes SH&S documentation to clients.
• Coordinates Statistical data reports with DA, Safety and Contracts.
• Submits annual COI (Proof of Insurance).
• Coordinates with client databases and contracts.
• Receives and processes SH&S prequalification questionnaires for clients.
• Maintains and reports to regulatory agencies for required quarterly data (BLS, Ohio BWC, MSHA, FRA, WSIB, OSHA).

Job description

SH&S Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance for Badger’s client required databases, safety pre-qualifications and regulatory reporting to those client databases. This position will coordinate along with advising internal operations with OQ reporting and regulated training. Maintain all safety sensitive databases.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager’s business plan.
• Maintains Clients SH&S Questionnaires (Databases).
• Completes, submits and processes to client, SH&S and Management.
• Coordinates Statistical data reports with DA, Safety and Contracts.
• Submits annual COI (Proof of Insurance).
• Coordinates with client database and contracts.
• Receives and completes SH&S prequalification questionnaires to clients and works directly with management on client requirements.
• Maintains and reports to regulatory agencies for required quarterly statistical data reports (BLS, Ohio BWC, MSHA, FRA, WSIB, OSHA).
