Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, social compliance, or responsible sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead training and develop compliance guidance materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute global social compliance programs across vendor and factory networks.
• Serve as point of contact for CSR communications and compliance program execution.
• Address audit findings and manage compliance systems and reporting.
