Summary

The Corporate Compliance Manager is a key member of Indicor’s Legal Department and will report into the Company’s Legal Leadership Team. This key role will lead compliance activities at the corporate center and serve as a trusted advisor to our business units on global compliance issues. This role ensures that Indicor meets its corporate regulatory obligations while supporting business units in interpreting and navigating compliance requirements, including HR, legal, and sustainability regulations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own corporate center compliance obligations (HR, legal/regulatory, sustainability).
  • Interpret and analyze new regulations to determine applicability and compliance requirements, and actions required at the corporate level.
  • Lead and facilitate compliance‑related working groups across business units to promote best‑practice sharing and alignment.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training and communications to enhance organizational understanding and accountability.
  • Manage the global sustainability regulatory ecosystem, ensuring corporate readiness and consistency in disclosures.
  • Serve as a resource to business units, providing guidance and frameworks for compliance while respecting BU ownership.
  • Engage and manage external vendors and consultants (including law firms and compliance partners) to support regulatory compliance initiatives. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries within the corporate center.
  • Foster a proactive compliance culture by anticipating emerging regulatory trends and coordinating cross‑functional responses.
  • Any other relevant duties, as assigned.
