Job summary

Thunderhawk Technology Partners seeks an experienced Manager, Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability to lead global responsible sourcing, social compliance, CSR, and sustainability initiatives across an international supplier network.

The role oversees compliance programs, regulatory implementation, supplier engagement, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder training to promote ethical and sustainable supply chain practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Business, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in responsible sourcing, social compliance, CSR, sustainability, ESG, or supply chain compliance.
• Experience managing factory audits, supplier compliance programs, and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of global sourcing regulations, sustainability standards, and ethical supply chain practices.
• Experience with compliance management systems, audit platforms, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage global social compliance and responsible sourcing programs across supplier and factory networks.
• Lead supplier onboarding, compliance assessments, audits, corrective action plans, and remediation efforts.
• Serve as the primary contact for CSR, sustainability, and compliance-related initiatives.

• Develop and deliver training programs, guidance materials, and compliance communications for internal and external stakeholders.

• Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, operations, legal, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance excellence.
