PCs for People is seeking a Sustainability Associate to maximize online sales of donated and decommissioned technology. You will prepare, list, and optimize refurbished IT hardware for marketplaces like eBay, while preserving accurate inventory and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have hands-on eBay selling experience, strong listing practices, and a detail-oriented, tech-savvy mindset suited for fast-paced warehouse operations and digital sales workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years e-Commerce/eBay seller experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of consumer/enterprise IT hardware is a plus.
• Excellent computer/internet proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to photograph and upload accurate photos while maintaining high aesthetic quality.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stage tested IT equipment for online listing.
• Photograph hardware with clarity for online presentation and list across platforms.
• Enter detailed product data including specifications, condition, weight and dimensions.
• Conduct basic product testing to verify functionality and condition and draft listings for posting.
