Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an Associate Sustainability Manager to execute the North America sustainability strategy. You will leverage data to support regulatory reporting, and collaborate with Category Managers, R&D, Customer Marketing, Corporate Sustainability, and Legal to embed sustainability into go-to-market activities.

The role focuses on maintaining KPIs, developing customer-facing tools, and building compelling business cases with data-driven insights to drive sustainable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product development, product management, project management, sustainability, compliance, or related business function.
• Experience working across functions to execute product, commercialization, portfolio, reporting, or other business initiatives.
• Experience working with complex data and reporting requirements, including gathering, validating, analyzing, and translating information into reports or outputs.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and leverage sustainability and business data to support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements and customer requests.
• Maintain and update sustainability KPI tracking tools and dashboards for internal reporting and visibility.
• Support development of customer-facing sustainability tools and content across channels and priority segments.
• Contribute to development of sustainability business cases and project plans with basic financial/value analysis.
• Apply continuous improvement discipline to standard work, tools, and processes enabling sustainability execution.
