Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Associate Sustainability Manager is responsible for executing North America sustainability strategy by leveraging data to create tools that support cross-functional collaboration and embed sustainability into products and customer value propositions.

You will own sustainability tools, trackers, and reporting assets, delivering day-to-day support to internal teams and customers while partnering with Category Managers, R&D, Customer Marketing, Corporate Sustainability, and Legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, product development, sustainability, or related business function.
• Experience working cross-functional to execute initiatives and manage data.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports.
• Strong project management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and leverage sustainability and business data for reporting.
• Maintain KPI tracking tools and dashboards for internal reporting.
• Develop customer-facing sustainability tools and content across channels.
• Contribute to sustainability business cases and project plans with basic financial analysis.
• Support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and standard work.
