Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking an Associate Sustainability Manager in North America to drive sustainability tooling, data insights, and go-to-market coordination. You will partner with Category Managers, R&D, Customer Marketing, and Legal to embed sustainability into products and customer value propositions.

You will own sustainability tools, dashboards, and reporting while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience translating data into reports, documents, or outputs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze, and leverage data for regulatory and customer reporting.
• Maintain KPI tracking tools and dashboards for internal reporting.
• Support customer-facing sustainability tools and content across channels.
• Contribute basic financial/value analysis for business cases and projects.
• Improve standard work, tools, and processes for sustainability execution.
