Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated Marketing Sustainability Data Management Intern for Summer 2027 to join the Commercial Marketing Team. This paid internship offers project work across marketing, program management and data management, with professional development and cross-functional exposure.

You will support the Ascend sustainability program, ensure data is accurate and reporting-ready, and participate in data cleanup, supplier data verification, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a relevant function preferred
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with current Sophomore/Junior standing
• Marketing major preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Support Sustainability Program Management and reporting.
• Develop sustainability-related content and communications for internal and external audiences.
• Assist with initiatives around employee engagement and awareness of our sustainability efforts.
• Audit and clean existing product data in our product and supply chain management database.
• Data cleanup includes correcting errors, filling gaps, and standardizing entries across product categories.
• Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components.
• Help onboard new suppliers by guiding through data submission requirements and verifying initial uploads.
• Survey textile suppliers to confirm existing data (material composition, compliance certifications, sourcing info) is current and accurate, following up on discrepancies.
