Job summary

Conservice seeks a Sustainability Data Analyst to lead data work for the Sustainability Solutions team. You will drive GHG inventories, SB 253 reporting and embodied carbon analyses while coordinating data collection, quality checks, and client data onboarding.

You will collaborate across internal teams to deliver data-driven insights, manage data quality across multiple client portfolios and contribute to evolving sustainability offerings and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and quality checking, ideally sustainability data for real estate.
• Significant experience leading GHG inventories and related analyses (e.g., California SB 253, embodied carbon).
• Experience preparing GRESB submissions and Asset Spreadsheets; familiarity with ESPM and ENERGY STAR building certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead data projects and manage complex datasets with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GHG inventories and related analyses (SB 253, embodied carbon).
• Lead data portions of client collaboration across multiple accounts.
• Collect, analyze and quality check data for sustainability performance across clients.
• Onboard client data to Conservice’s sustainability platform and enable client use.
• Provide progress updates on data collection, management and quality.
