Job summary

Cox Enterprises is hiring a Water, Nature & Energy Intern to join Cox Conserves and support enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives across the organization.

The intern will assist with executing Cox's multifaceted sustainability strategy, including working with internal and external partners to develop and implement projects that reduce the overall environmental impact of our operations, facilitating data collection and analysis efforts for enterprise and business unit reporting.

Qualifications

• Passion for environmental sustainability and resource conservation.
• Understanding of organizational sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with sustainability management principles.

Responsibilities

• Operational & strategic support for conservation efforts across carbon, water, waste and biodiversity.
• Data collection and analysis of sustainability data for Cox locations.
• Secondary research and summarization of findings on integrating growth into sustainability strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
