Springs Window Fashions is offering a Marketing Sustainability Data Management Internship for Summer 2027 within the Commercial Marketing Team. The role supports Ascend sustainability initiatives, data management, and cross-functional project work in a paid summer program.

You will gain experience at the intersection of marketing, program management, and data accuracy, with opportunities for professional development and exposure to multiple functions across the company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with Sophomore/Junior standing.
• Preferred Marketing major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sustainability Program Management and reporting for Ascend project.
• Develop sustainability-related content and communications for internal/external audiences.
• Assist with employee engagement and awareness of sustainability efforts.
• Audit and clean existing product data in product and supply chain databases.
• Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components; verify categorization.
• Onboard new suppliers and verify initial data submissions.
• Survey textile suppliers to confirm data accuracy (materials, certifications, sourcing).
• Verify supplier data integrity and report discrepancies.

Internship Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Commercial Marketing Team! This Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

This internship will support our Commercial Business Unit's sustainability efforts. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, program management and data management, You will support the team's efforts in growing our Ascend program, and ensuring our data is accurate, complete, and reporting-ready.

Projects that this role will assist with include:

• Sustainability Program Management
  • Support internal initiatives in our Ascend sustainability program, and supporting reporting through our sustainability action plan.
  • Help develop sustainability-related content and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with initiatives around employee engagement and awareness of our sustainability efforts
• Data Cleanup:
  • Audit and clean existing product data in our product and supply chain management database. Data cleanup includes, correcting errors, filling gaps, and standardizing entries across product categories
• Product Management:
  • Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components, ensuring proper categorization and completeness.
  • Help onboard new suppliers by guiding through data submission requirements and verifying initial uploads.
  • Survey textile suppliers to confirm existing data (material composition, compliance certifications, sourcing info) is current and accurate, following up on discrepancies
