Projects include researching AI trends for architects, compiling BOM for a motorized display, building a dealer-portal improvement plan, and supporting the best experience through cross-functional collaboration.

Internship Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Commercial Team! The Product Management Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

Internship Projects andResponsibilities

• Product Management Improvement Projects
  • Research current trends in AI for Architects
  • BOM for motorized display and share with dealers
  • Create a sales team competitor worksheet/binder and incorporate into existing AI tool
  • Assist in making the current dealer portal the Best Experience - emphasis on ease-of-use
  • Clutch offering for both commercial brands - Mecho and SWF Contract

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous internship experience in relevant functionpreferred
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Related Major Preferred
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
