Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Sustainability Data to advance our sustainability strategy by managing data for environmental performance. You will measure impacts, track KPIs, and support regulatory readiness across the enterprise.

You will coordinate with Corporate Sustainability, Product Sustainability, and ESG teams to ensure accurate data for CDP, CSRD, RE100, and other disclosures, driving informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, CSR, economics, environmental studies, MIS, eng, finance, or related field.
• Analytical experience and data organization abilities.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivots, macros, modeling.

Responsibilities

• Measure environmental performance and track KPIs.
• Support data collection, aggregation, and reporting for ESG disclosures.
• Assist with regulatory readiness and internal/external reporting.
