Job summary

Salesforce in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Sustainability Corporate Counsel to partner with the Impact Team and Global Procurement Services. You will structure environmental attribute transactions, guide carbon markets and renewable energy deals, and help lead sustainability commitments with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have a J.D. and at least five years of experience handling complex environmental procurement, risk management, and strategic negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active US state bar admission.
• Minimum of five years of legal experience with environmental transactions.
• Experience negotiating carbon agreements, VPPAs or similar deals.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and manage a portfolio of environmental attribute transactions.
• Oversee and expand Salesforce's Sustainability Exhibit within the supply chain.
• Advise the Impact Team on sustainability initiatives, disclosures and risk mitigation.
