Salesforce is seeking a Sustainability Corporate Counsel to partner with the Impact Team and Global Procurement Services. You will structure environmental attribute transactions, guide sustainability initiatives, and manage legal risk across carbon credits, VPPAs, and renewable energy contracts.

The role requires a J.D. and 5+ years in complex environmental transactions, with strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced tech environment.

Competenze

• J.D. degree and active license to practice law in the U.S. state of residence.
• Minimum of five (5) years of legal experience focusing on environmental attribute transactions, carbon markets, or renewable energy.
• Proven track record negotiating carbon agreements, VPPAs, or other sustainability-focused procurement structures.

Mansioni

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage environmental attribute transactions and related agreements.
• Oversee and expand Salesforce's Sustainability Exhibit within the supply chain.
• Advise the Impact Team on sustainability initiatives, external disclosures, and risk mitigation with fast-turnaround legal counsel.
