The Sustainability Coordinator will report to the US Sustainability Manager and will be responsible for managing store-related sustainability initiatives, logistics, reporting, administration, and volunteer opportunities. The Coordinator will also help manage relationships with existing stakeholders and identify opportunities to build new partnerships together with the department manager. This role supports UNIQLO’s mission to ‘Unlock the Power of Clothing’ by making the purpose behind LifeWear clear and tangible for both customers and store teams. By increasing the visibility and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, this role contributes to customer engagement, loyalty, and employee pride. Success will be measured by delivering clear, measurable impact in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role does not directly involve supply chain, production, or raw material management.
Salary: $76,000 - $81,000* annually*
