Job summary

UNIQLO USA is seeking an Inventory Control Data Analyst in New York, hybrid role. You will support the Inventory Control and Merchandising teams with reporting, recapping, and data analysis. This position serves as the stores’ point of contact for promotions, markdowns, and potential system issues.

Responsibilities include processing price changes, creating purchase orders, and coordinating weekly reports. A Bachelor's degree and Excel expertise are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-2 years experience in planning or merchandising.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • High level of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with high accuracy.
  • Ability to create reports with large data quantities.
  • Team player with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Director of Inventory Control

LOCATION:

New York, NY (hybrid)

SCHEDULE:

Hybrid- 3 days/week on-site & 2 days/week remote

Position Overview:

The Inventory Control Data Analyst provides assistance to the Inventory Control and Merchandising teams with reporting, recapping, and analyzing the business. They are also the immediate point of contact to stores in regard to any questions or concerns regarding promotions, markdowns, shipbacks, or any potential system issues.

Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the Inventory Control and Merchandising teams
  • Input price changes into the system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Writing purchase orders on a weekly basis.
  • Executing and organizing the weekly reporting for the Inventory Control and Merchandising teams
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in planning or merchandising
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High level of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products- Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to create reports with large data quantities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a willingness to flex schedule based on needs of business.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Has interest in supply chain management and desires to develop into a future Inventory Controller
Salary:

$73,000 - $86,000 annually

The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
