Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Compliance Coordinator in Menomonee Falls, WI to lead initiatives across federal, state, and municipal requirements affecting our brands and partners.

You will monitor legislation, assess impacts, and report findings to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating with government agencies, suppliers, and RJ Schinner teams, you will ensure timely compliance, manage sustainable supplier bundles, and provide ongoing training to stay current

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with government relations or compliance related to product sustainability.
Proficiency with data analysis in Excel/ERP/CRM.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of distribution products, processes, and strategies.

Responsibilities

Research sustainability and compliance legislation affecting RJ Schinner and partners.
Collaborate with government agencies on reporting and fees.
Coordinate with strategic partners to assess risk and implement compliance processes.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Communicate law impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
Attend industry conferences and meetings as needed.
Liaise with customers to explain legislative impacts.
Provide ongoing training to stay compliant.
Manage select suppliers with sustainable bundles.
Other duties as assigned.
