Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati, OH is offering a Sustainability Co-op internship focused on environmental and social responsibility initiatives. You will collect and analyze data on water, energy, wastewater, and solid waste, and help implement efficiency and conservation projects across brewing operations.

You will collaborate with brewing, packaging, maintenance, and corporate teams, participate in the Green Team, and contribute to continuous improvement aligned with Rhinegeist's

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; data visualization knowledge a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on water, energy, wastewater, and solid waste for reporting.
• Assist in wastewater monitoring programs and track compliance metrics.
• Identify and implement process efficiency and conservation opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support safety policies and procedures.
