Job summary

Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Digital Content Creator Intern to support merch, events, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with the Merch Director and Digital Director to research concepts, capture content at the brewery, and deliver assets on schedule.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with experience in short-form video and static design, and a portfolio demonstrating both video and graphic work. On-site work and events may require weekend or evening hours.

Qualifications

• 3 semesters in their program
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Based in Cincinnati, on-site capture is a regular part of this role
• Comfortable shooting and directing content independently using a mobile device
• Proficient in video editing software and static design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent native apps)
• Portfolio showing short form/lo-fi video and static ad creative

Responsibilities

• Produce digital ad assets and social content, split between short-form video and static graphics
• Capture authentic, lo-fi video content at the Rhinegeist taproom and brewery spaces
• Design static assets for Meta ads, email banners, and website banners
• Short form, lo-fi video and deliver all content in platform-ready formats and specs
• Research current ad trends and bring concepts forward for review
• Apply the Rhinegeist brand style guide while testing creative variety to reach different audiences
• Manage your own workload and deliver assets on schedule

Position Summary:

Rhinegeist is looking for support in producing performance-driven content for our merch store, private events program and other digital content needs.. You'll collaborate with the Merch Director and Digital Director on assignments, but you're expected to research what works, developing concepts, capturing content at the brewery, and delivering finished assets on time. This role is primarily focused on merch, social media and private events. As capacity allows, the role will include developing digital content to support our commercial brand campaigns (Cincy Light, Truth, Etc.) STUDENTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE.

Essential Functions:

• Produce digital ad assets and social content, split between short-form video and static graphics
• Capture authentic, lo-fi video content at the Rhinegeist taproom and brewery spaces.
• Design static assets for Meta ads, email banners, and website banners
• Short form, lo-fi video and deliver all content in platform-ready formats and specs.
• Research current ad trends and bring concepts forward for review
• Apply the Rhinegeist brand style guide while testing creative variety to reach different audiences
• Manage your own workload and deliver assets on schedule

Requirements:

• 3 semesters in their program
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Based in Cincinnati. On-site capture is a regular part of this role. There may be times where your schedule should flex based on weekend or evening events for content capture.
• Comfortable shooting and directing content independently using a mobile device
• Proficient in video editing software and static design tools (Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent native apps)
• Familiarity and Understanding of (paid social)creative, particularly Meta.
• Self-directed. You take a brief and run with it without heavy oversight.
• A portfolio that shows both short form/lo-fi video and static ad creative.
