Job summary

Sodali & Co, a leading shareholder engagement and governance advisory firm, seeks an Associate in Sustainability & Climate from our New York office. You will advise clients on ESG visions, carbon accounting, and climate risk, delivering end-to-end reports with cross-functional teams.

You will develop inventories, set targets, verify emissions, and support SBTi submissions, while analyzing data and contributing to business development and thought leadership within a fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (climate change, sustainability and ESG, management consulting, data analytics).
• GHG Protocol familiarity and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process for sustainability and ESG reports with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate data collection, ESG surveys, and GHG accounting/verification.
• Contribute to Science Based Targets workstreams from baselines to forecasting.
• Assess climate-related risks (physical and transition) and research policies.
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations; support stakeholder interviews.
• Contribute to firm business development and thought leadership.
