Sodali & Co is a leading sustainability consulting firm seeking an Associate, Sustainability & Climate to advise clients on ESG visions, climate targets, and reporting. You will conduct complex analyses, manage client deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sectors.

The role emphasizes data management, regulatory knowledge (SASB, TCFD, IFRS, GHG Protocol), and the use of tools like Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, climate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in climate, ESG, or sustainability consulting.
• Knowledge of SASB, TCFD, IFRS, GHG Protocol is a plus.
• Experience with ESG ratings providers is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ESG and sustainability reporting projects with cross-functional teams.
• Perform GHG accounting and emissions verification tasks.
• Develop carbon reduction targets and climate transition strategies.
• Assess climate risks and regulatory frameworks affecting clients.
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations.
• Support business development and thought leadership.
