The Sustainability Associate plays a key role in maximizing the value of donated and decommissioned technology by preparing, listing, and selling refurbished IT hardware across multiple e-commerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on eBay seller operations and marketplace optimization.

From identifying non-mission sustainability items to testing, photographing, researching, pricing, and creating high-quality eBay listings, this role is responsible for driving online sales while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The position requires hands-on experience as an eBay seller, including knowledge of best listing practices, search optimization, shipping workflows, customer service, and order management.

Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys blending hands-on work with digital sales operations to maximize sales performance and inventory turnover.

Key Responsibilities
