QA1 is seeking a Technical Support & Sales Representative to join our Lakeville, Minnesota team. You will provide expert technical support on suspension systems, process customer orders across channels, and build strong dealer relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in vehicle suspension systems in automotive-related settings.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and product information on suspension systems to end users and dealers by phone and email.
• Process customer orders through multiple channels (phone, email, fax, EDI).
• Share pricing, delivery details, and cross-reference information with customers.
• Coordinate with production for ETA and delivery updates on out-of-stock items.
• Develop knowledge of QA1 products and the automotive industry.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions, orders, RMAs in the ERP system.
