Qualifications

• Solid knife skills and portioning; sushi experience preferred.
• English communication in recipes, production guides, and workplace ops.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through operational and marketing execution.
• Manage ordering and inventory to maintain assortment and control costs.
• Review production and sales data to adjust plans.
• Schedule team and ensure adherence.
• Train and develop Sushi Prep Cooks and Sushi Line Cooks.
• Coach and evaluate team performance.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Prepare sushi and prep ingredients to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, including temperature control and labeling.
• Keep kiosk clean, stocked, and customer-ready.
• Serve as main contact for store partners and customers.
• Report safety or quality concerns and follow up.
