Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises Sushi department staff; directs work and provides training.
• Oversees selling of sushi items; manages cashier operations and accuracy of transactions.
• Ensures cleanliness and sanitation per FDA and Bristol Farms standards.
• Maintains inventory, merchandising, and pricing using handheld scanner.
• Trains staff in product knowledge, suggestive selling, and customer service.
• Enforces safety policies; participates in monthly safety meetings; resolves issues.
• Develops customer relationships to encourage repeat business and Sushi education.
• Ensures availability across days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight.
