Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a bartender to deliver friendly, efficient beverage service and assist servers. You will mix cocktails, handle cash, and keep the bar area clean and stocked, while offering food items to guests at the bar as needed.

The role requires 1–2 years of bartending experience, knowledge of wine and sake, and a Responsible Alcohol Service certification. Prior experience with Japanese cuisine and sushi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in bartending preferred.
• Must be 21+ and certified in Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and sake preferred.
• Experience with Japanese cuisine and sushi/sake preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders from guests or servers.
• Prepare beverage orders according to tickets.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes and standards.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Ring up drinks and foods in the POS, handle cash with accuracy.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization; report defective equipment.
• Offer and serve food items when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of drinks, menus, and promotions.
• Assist in bar setup, cleaning, and side work.
