Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. is seeking a friendly bartender to greet guests, take beverage orders, mix drinks to standard recipes, and maintain a clean bar area. You will support servers and guests, verify IDs, and handle cash transactions.

Previous bartending experience is preferred; 21+ age, HS diploma or GED, and responsible alcohol service certification are required. Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in bartending preferred.
• Experience with Japanese cuisine, sushi or sake is preferred.
• Must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Prepare beverages according to server tickets.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and maintain bar with standard recipes.
• Verify guest ages and monitor for underage drinking.
• Ring up orders in POS and handle cash accurately.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Offer food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate.
• Assist with catering events as required.
