As a Sushi Line Cook at the Beach Club, you will be responsible for preparing and executing a la carte sushi orders, as well as supporting occasional catered and member events. Your role involves creating an exceptional culinary experience through food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You must take ownership of all sushi-related tasks, adhere to sanitation regulations, and handle all food items and equipment correctly. A current food handler certificate is required. You will also assist the Beach Culinary Department, led by the Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine, in planning and preparing quality food and beverages.
No prior experience required; commitment to learning and working is essential.
