Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Sushi Kitchen Manager for a growing, full-service concept in Coral Gables. Lead a 14-person BOH team, ensure top prep, safety, and cleanliness, and drive inventory, ordering, and food-cost controls while supporting take-out and delivery.

This role offers advancement in a respected restaurant group, with a dynamic work environment and weekend/evening hours. Coral Gables area, on-site employment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with food ordering and inventory management.
• Strong knife skills and sushi experience.
• Knowledge of food and labor cost controls.
• Prior kitchen leadership in a full-service environment.
• New Restaurant Opening experience.
• Leadership in a high-volume to-go and delivery operation.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Sushi Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience with food ordering and inventory management
• Strong knife skills and sushi experience
• Knowledge of food and labor cost controls
• Prior kitchen leadership or head chef experience in a full-service environment
• New Restaurant Opening experience
• Leadership experience in a restaurant with high volume to-go and delivery orders.
• Must be able to work evenings & weekends
• Must be able to perform physical duties of the job including prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
