• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, learning their names, and going the extra mile to make every visit a positive one.
• Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone, assist customers with finding products, and carry heavy purchases.
• Review daily orders and monitor product freshness, appearance, and supply levels throughout your shift.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish product as needed, pulling items from the cooler or freezer for preparation.
• Follow sanitation procedures, keeping your work area clean and organized at all times.
• Check in product, label and date items accurately, and remove trash promptly.
• Anticipate daily product needs and follow or develop a production list to stay ahead.
• Order product and supplies as necessary.
• Work alongside teammates to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
• Maintain compliance with dress code, hygiene standards, and company policies.
