Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent and Food Safety Certification.
• Basic math skills for counting and receipts are needed.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, learning their names, and going the extra mile to make every visit a positive one.
• Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone, assist with finding products and carrying heavy purchases.
• Review daily orders and monitor product freshness, appearance, and supply levels throughout your shift.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish product as needed, pulling items from the cooler or freezer for preparation.
• Follow sanitation procedures and keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
