Job summary

Yokozuna is seeking a capable kitchen team member in Arkansas to assist in preparing a diverse menu of sushi and Asian dishes. You will work with grills, ovens and specialized sushi equipment, ensuring items are cooked safely and meet Yokozuna’s quality standards.

Strong knife skills and a team-focused mindset are essential, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training in Yokozuna methods and sushi rolling techniques will be provided.
