Hai Hospitality is hiring Sushi Chefs for Uchibā Miami - Brickell. Located at 900 S Miami Ave, the venue opens mid-November 2026. The team seeks passionate, collaborative cooks ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume Japanese kitchen and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
