Hai Hospitality is hiring Hosts for Uchiba Miami - Brickell, located at 900 S Miami Ave. Orientation end of October; opening mid November 2026. Hosts earn $20–$25 per hour including tips and must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week with availability mornings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating to optimize flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate wait times.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
