Job description

Uchi Miami is accepting applications for Sushi Chefs. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our team to enrich the culinary and service experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine.
• Learn and perfect your sushi techniques under the guidance of our skilled Chef teams.
• Understand proper handling and waste reduction of product.
• Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience for yourself and the guest.
• Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grows.
• Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
