Hai Hospitality is hiring Sushi Chefs for Uchibā Miami - Brickell. Located in Brickell (900 S Miami Ave), opening planned mid-November 2026. Earn an average of $25 - $35/hr plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and proper food handling.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu and Japanese cuisine, including specials.
• Learn sushi techniques under expert Chef teams.
• Engage guests at the sushi bar, take orders, explain dishes.
• Grow across sushi stations and contribute to specials and core menu.
