Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in premium, upscale, or fine-dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi preparation, fish fabrication, and traditional techniques.
• Excellent knife skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience handling premium fish and producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and present sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki to high standards.
• Execute menu items consistently while adhering to recipes and specs.
