Job summary

The h.wood Group is opening Lady Delilah with a focus on sushi, rolls and bar-dining experiences. The Sushi Chef will work at the sushi bar and dining room, handling orders and crafting dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have culinary arts training and solid sushi-making experience, with knife skills and a guest-focused approach. Must be 18+, with legal work eligibility in the United States; benefits include dining discounts and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Culinary arts education and training is preferred.
• Cooking and sushi-making experience required.
• Must have knife skills.
• Must be 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, time-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they sit down.
• Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients.
• Roll and plate dishes for customers, taking note of individual requests.
