Responsibilities

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create fresh sushi and keep guests coming back.
• Develop skills across three stations: Roll, Front, and Wheel.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all prep and service tasks.
• Support ordering, prep, and plate presentation in a high-volume setting.
