Bamboo Sushi - Denver Congress Park is seeking talented Sushi Chefs to join our fast-paced LoHi kitchen. We offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible scheduling, competitive pay and tips averaging over $25 per hour for the right team members.

Qualifications

• Passion for Japanese cuisine and a love of learning.
• Ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, guest-facing kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to create fresh sushi that guests love.
• Develop skills across three stations: Roll, Front, Wheel.
• Coordinate orders and ensure high-quality nigiri, rolls, and sashimi.
• Engage with guests at the sushi bar when appropriate.
