• 2+ years of sushi-making experience.

• Neat, clean and sharp appearance.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi (fancy rolls, preparing fish, etc.).
• Create new dishes, rolls, presentations and sauces.
• Interact with, explain to and educate guests at sushi bar.
• Confirm dishes are fresh and presentable.
• Keep work area clean.
