We are part of Panda Restaurant Group, a family-owned Asian dining company with a nationwide presence.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare sushi (fancy rolls, preparing fish, etc.)
• Create new dishes, rolls, presentations and sauces
• Interact with, explain to and educate guests on food knowledge at sushi bar
• Confirm that all dishes are as fresh as possible and presentable
• Keep work area clean

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of sushi‑making experience

Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Pay Range

$22 per hour - $25 per hour

Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience. Panda makes no guarantee that any associate will earn any bonus and reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of its bonus programs at any time, with or without advance notice.
