Feather Falls Casino's Food & Beverage team is seeking a dedicated Sushi Chef to join our Brewery kitchen family in Oroville, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role offers $18-$22 per hour DOE and reports to the Brewery Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sushi with artistic balance and vibrant color.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper storage for perishable items.
• Assist in development of new sushi recipes with the Brewery Executive Chef.
• Maintain inventory control and purchasing records.
• Uphold Food Safety Program and training requirements.
